The Department of Veterans Affairs has named Reginald Neal as Assistant Secretary for the Office of Operations, Security, and Preparedness (OSP). Bringing experience in battlefield leadership, federal service, and emergency management, Mr. Neal will help guide how VA prepares, protects, and responds nationwide in support of Veterans. His leadership reflects a focus on readiness, coordination, and ensuring VA can operate effectively when it matters most.
