Army Veteran and MLB legend Willie Mays is considered the “greatest to ever play.” Among one of the greatest ever Hall of Fame careers, the “Say Hey Kid” hit 660 career home runs, won two NL MVP awards, 12 Gold Glove awards, and was even awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2015. Mays died on June 18, 2024. We honor his service.
