While deployed during the Gulf War, U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sergeant Kevin Jackson was involved in a horrific accident which resulted in the permanent loss of his vision. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Blind Rehabilitation Program is dedicated to empowering Veterans with visual impairments.
