VA Caribbean Healthcare System – VA Domiciliary, Hato Rey VA Clinic The Mental Heath Rehabilitation and Recovery Treatment Program. (also called Domiciliary) is a structured, supportive and safe environment. We are focused on instilling hope, validating strengths and teaching skills, while preparing veterans for reintegration into the community. It is a residential program that offers intensive treatment with a strong focus on evidence-based psychotherapies, group psychotherapy and psycho education as well as outpatient-level medical and psychiatric management.
