VA Caregiver Support Program

Join us for Upcoming Caregiver Events!

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Caregiver Support Program (CSP) and partnering VA offices are excited to continue various events for caregivers of Veterans. Check out our list of November events below.


National Virtual Events

Caregiver Support Line (CSL) Monthly Education Call

Join November’s CSL call for the topic Beyond the Blues: Coping with Caregiver Depression. The next call will be on the following dates and times:

  • Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. ET
  • Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. ET
  • Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. ET

Caregivers must register to join the CSL monthly education call. To register, call 1-855-260-3274. Caregivers unable to attend the calls can access presentations on the CSL’s webpage.

Remembrance Call

On Friday, November 4,  join the CSP Peer Support Mentoring (PSM) Program and the VA National Chaplain Office will host the next monthly spirituality call. The focus for November is a Remembrance Call, and is open to all caregivers of Veterans enrolled in the Program of General Caregiver Support Services or the Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers. The call will be held at Noon ET.

Other Virtual Events Hosted by Local CSP Teams

The events below will be hosted by local CSP teams across the country.  Caregivers can attend all events listed regardless of location.

November 3, 2022

2022 Annual CSP Conference

Join the Coatesville VA CSP Team at 9:15 a.m. ET for a virtual educational event in honor of National Family Caregivers Month. The event will feature topics on Estate Planning and Advance Directives, Long-Term Care Planning, Accessing VA and community-based resources, and more. VA Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer Identities (LGBTQIA+) Program and Women’s Health Clinic Virtual Info Session

  • Gender-affirming services for transgender and gender diverse Veterans
