Childcare Access to Care Survey
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) wants to learn more about your childcare needs during visits to our medical centers. VA has launched a survey that asks simple questions about the age range of your children, to learn more about what activities are needed if VA were to provide options for childcare during appointments at VA medical centers (VAMC).
