Caregiving During the Holidays

The holiday season is here! That means there are pies to bake, gifts to give, and loved ones to see. With all the cheer the season brings, it can also bring some extra tasks on your “to do” list. So how do you balance it all and still make time for yourself? You can start by joining the Caregiver Support Program (CSP) for one of our many calls this December or checking out the online self-care resources on CSP’s website that can help during the holiday season or any time of year. Here are the details

These calls are open to caregivers of Veterans enrolled in the Program of General Caregiver Support Services (PGCSS) or the Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers (PCAFC).
